Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to course enrollments, consultation bookings, and certificate purchases on CodeTips Academy.

2. Crypto payments (important)

Cryptocurrency payments are submitted with a receipt and remain pending until an administrator manually verifies the transfer. Access is not granted while status is pending. If a crypto payment is rejected, you will not receive access; any blockchain network fees you paid are outside our control and are not refundable by us.

3. Refunds are manual

Refunds are handled manually by administrators on a case-by-case basis. There is no automatic refund button. Approved refunds (where applicable) are issued via the original payment method when possible, or another mutually agreed method for crypto.

4. Courses

If you have not substantially started a paid course, you may request a refund within a reasonable period after purchase (typically 7 days). Once significant progress has been made or downloadable materials have been accessed extensively, refunds may be declined.

5. Consultations

Consultation fees may be refundable if you cancel with adequate notice before the scheduled session (as communicated at booking). No-shows or late cancellations may be non-refundable.

6. Certificates

Paid certificate fees after issuance are generally non-refundable. Free certificates have no fee to refund.

7. How to request a refund

Email the site administrator with your account email, payment ID (if available), purchase type, and reason. We aim to respond within a few business days.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
